Shipping Information
We provide free UK delivery on all orders delivered Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge.
A member of our team will reach out within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) to arrange a convenient delivery day.
We also offer an excellent returns policy! If the item isn’t quite right, there’s a £20 collection fee. Please note, the customer is responsible for all return delivery charges, and the return must be made via tracked delivery within 14 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in undamaged condition.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your full refund (excluding delivery costs) within 7 working days, back to the original payment method. If you purchased the item online, please have your order number ready when contacting us.

We operate as a working warehouse, where day-to-day activities focus on production, inventory management, and shipping. Due to the nature of our work, we kindly ask that all visits be arranged by appointment only to ensure we can provide you with the best possible experience and avoid any disruptions to our operations.
For safety and operational reasons, we do not allow anyone under the age of 16 to visit our warehouse, even when accompanied by an appropriate adult.
To make things more convenient, we also offer virtual video appointments. This allows you to tour our warehouse, ask questions, and explore our products remotely, all from the comfort of your own location. Our rugs are made with various natural fibres, synthetic fibres, and we do not use harsh chemical treatments that could trigger sensitivities. Some rugs may have a slight initial shedding period, which is normal with wool products, but this typically decreases over time with regular vacuuming. If you're looking for a low-shedding option, we’d be happy to recommend specific styles that work well for allergy sufferers.
