Refund policy

We offer a fantastic returns policy! If the item is not right, we charge a collection fee of £20. All returns delivery charges must be covered by the customer using tracked delivery if returning, within 14 days of receipt.

The returned Item must arrive in its original packaging and not damaged in any way.
Once your returned item has been received, a full refund will be processed less delivery costs. The refund will be processed within 7 working days and always to the original payment method.

Free Gift Promotion - Any free gift items must be returned with the original purchase item(s).

For orders with a spends-and-save discount, any items returned will be refunded based on the adjusted discount tier after deducting the value of the returned items. This is calculated by subtracting the refunded items from your original order total.
