Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all rug orders within UK mainland. Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost.

When will my rug arrive?

Once your order is placed, a member of our team will reach out within 3 working days (Monday to Friday)to arrange a convenient delivery date with you.

If an item is out of stock, we’ll let you know within 72 hours(Monday to Friday), so there are no surprises.

Need your rug sooner? No problem — if you require faster delivery than the times outlined below, please contact our office prior to ordering, and we’ll provide you with an up-to-date dispatch estimate.

Here’s a quick guide to our standard delivery schedule based on your order day:


Monday order → Earliest delivery: Friday

Tuesday order → Earliest delivery: Monday

Wednesday order → Earliest delivery: Tuesday

Thursday order → Earliest delivery: Wednesday

Friday order → Earliest delivery: Thursday

Weekend order → Earliest delivery: Friday

We work with several trusted parcel carriers depending on the size and length of your rug. Your order may be delivered via ParcelForceDHL, or DX:

ParcelForce and DHL provide a delivery window on the day of delivery (usually by text or email).

DX is an all-day delivery service, typically operating between 8am and 6pm.

If you’ve provided a mobile number at checkout, you’ll be notified in advance when a delivery window is available.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your rug—but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

You can return your item within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is in its original packaging and undamaged. Customers are responsible for all return delivery charges, and returns must be made using tracked delivery.

Need help with the return? We can arrange a collection for £20 per item.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your full refund (excluding delivery fees) within 7 working days back to your original payment method. If you purchased online, please have your order number ready when getting in touch.

Do you offer a rug guarantee?

We stand behind the quality of our rugs. That’s why we offer a 6-month Guarantee against any manufacturing faults from the date of purchase.

This covers:
✔ Manufacturing defects (like loose stitching or material flaws)

✔ Weaving or construction issues

It does not cover:
✘ General wear and tear, shedding, or fading from sunlight

✘ Damage from improper care, stains, or accidents (including pets)

✘ Incorrect cleaning methods

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us ASAP. Whilst we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations if the item has already left us, we will certainly do our best.

Can I order in bulk or for a commercial space?

Absolutely! We welcome bulk and trade orders. Please contact us directly for pricing and lead times.

Will my rug look the same as online?

While we do our best to provide accurate images, colours may appear slightly different in person due to variations in screen settings. Display technology, brightness, contrast, and colour calibration can all affect how a rug’s hues are shown—making them appear more vibrant, muted, warmer, or cooler than they really are. Different devices (like phones, tablets, and laptops) may also show subtle differences. For the most accurate representation, we recommend viewing product photos in natural lighting and reading the detailed product descriptions for guidance.

Care Instructions

Blot Spills Immediately: If something spills on your rug, act quickly! Use a clean, absorbent cloth or paper towel to blot the area gently. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing as that can push the liquid deeper into the fibres. Always blot from the outside of the spill toward the centre to prevent spreading.

Vacuuming: When vacuuming, use only suction and avoid any rotating brushes or beater bars, which can damage delicate fibres. If your vacuum has a brush roll, switch it off or use a setting for delicate rugs. Suction-only vacuuming helps remove dirt without disturbing or damaging the fibres.

Underlay Grip: To prevent slipping and add extra protection to the rug, use an underlay grip (Goochy Grip). This helps keep the rug in place, reduces friction, and provides cushioning, which can prevent wear and tear over time. It also helps with insulation and noise reduction.

Protecting the Fringes: Fringes are delicate and can easily get damaged. Avoid heavy foot traffic over them and be gentle when cleaning the edges. Protect the fringes from the vacuum's reach. If the fringe begins to fray, you can trim it carefully to maintain its appearance.

General Care: Rotate the rug periodically to ensure even wear, especially in high-traffic areas.

Professional Cleaning: While regular maintenance is important, professional cleaning is recommended every 1-2 years (depending on traffic). Experts can deep clean your rug using techniques like hot water extraction or dry cleaning, which can remove dirt and stains that home cleaning methods might miss. Professional cleaning also helps preserve the rug's fibres and colours, extending its lifespan.

Do your rugs shed?

Shedding is common in new wool rugs and should reduce over time with regular vacuuming. Synthetic and flatweave rugs usually shed less.
