Delivery

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We provide free UK Mainland delivery on all orders delivered Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is also available for an additional charge.

How is delivery arranged?

A member of our team will contact you within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) after your order to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes! We’ll work with you to arrange a convenient delivery day. You’ll be contacted shortly after placing your order to confirm the best time.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We offer Saturday delivery for an additional charge. Standard delivery days are Monday to Friday and are free of charge within the UK.

Which parcel carriers do you use?

We work with several trusted parcel carriers depending on the size and length of your rug. Your order may be delivered via ParcelForce, DHL, or DX:

ParcelForce and DHL provide a delivery window on the day of delivery (usually by text or email).

DX is an all-day delivery service, typically operating between 8am and 6pm.

Here’s a quick guide to our standard delivery schedule based on your order day:


Monday order → Earliest delivery: Friday

Tuesday order → Earliest delivery: Monday

Wednesday order → Earliest delivery: Tuesday

Thursday order → Earliest delivery: Wednesday

Friday order
→ Earliest delivery: Thursday

Weekend order → Earliest delivery: Friday

Will I be notified before my rug is delivered?

Yes, we always confirm your delivery date in advance. Our team will reach out to make arrangements, so there are no surprises.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes – as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched. Just contact our customer support team as soon as possible to update your delivery details.

What should I do if I miss my delivery?

No worries – we’ll work with you to reschedule the delivery at a convenient time. Just contact us if you’ve missed your scheduled slot.

Returns

Can I return a rug if it’s not right for me?

Of course! If your item isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. A £20 collection fee, per item applies if you'd like us to arrange to collect this. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own return. Please note customers are responsible for all return delivery charges. Returns must be made via tracked delivery and the item must be in its original packaging and undamaged.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund (excluding delivery fees) within 7 working days back to your original payment method. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.

What if my rug has a fault?

We offer a 6-Month Guarantee against manufacturing faults from the date of purchase. If you experience any defects related to workmanship or materials within this period, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

This guarantee covers:
✔ Manufacturing defects (e.g., loose stitching, material flaws)
✔ Faults in the weaving or construction of the rug

This guarantee does not cover:
✘ Normal wear and tear, shedding, or fading due to sunlight exposure
✘ Damage caused by improper care, accidents, stains, or pet-related incidents
✘ Issues arising from incorrect cleaning methods. To make a claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. Our team will be happy to assist you.
